Brad Keating, Partner
Brad Keating’s background includes more than 10 years experience in providing value to industrial clients throughout Texas. Most recently, as president of a machinery sales company, Brad maintained relationships with multiple principles and operated a large used machinery inventory. Previously, his achievements as Director of Business development for a startup manufacturing company grew sales from $600,000 to more than $10,000,000 in 4 years. Both of these roles have provided experience with small to large clients. Brad's favorite phrase in working with clients is to “under-promise, and over-deliver!” This has set the tone for many happy client relationships.

JD Dodson, Partner
JD brings an extensive background of marketing and energy expertise to Rapid Power Management as he helped start up Reliant’s North Texas operations a year before deregulation started in the state. JD earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston Clear Lake in ’91, an MBA in International Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas in ’00. In the Energy field, he has attained a CEM certification (Certified Energy Manager) in December of 2006 and a CLEP certification (Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional) in 2007.

Erin Neighbors, Customer Service/Sales Support)
Erin joined RPM in March 2007 as an Executive Administrative Assistant and moved to Customer Service/Sales Support. Erin is a Graduate of Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘Em Tech) with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is an alumnus of Alpha Chi Omega and is a native of Houston, TX.

Mike Bowman, Energy Manager
Mike joined RPM in August 2007, bringing 14 years of sales background from the energy and manufacturing industries. Most notable is his power factor correction experience where he assisted clients in reducing energy costs, by improving power factor efficiency. He was instrumental in the analysis and implementation of over 100 power factor correction projects in 20 different utilities. His client base consisted of many of the most well known names in commercial real estate, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Prior to that, Mike spent nine years as a manufacturer’s representative serving clients in the oil & gas, heavy equipment, electronics, and semiconductor industries. His background and commitment to customer objectives make him a great asset to RPM and our clients.

Ann Marie Pierce, Financial Administrator/Project Manager
Ann joined RPM in September 2007 as the Project Manager handling engineering projects as engineering support and administration. Ann is a graduate of Texas A&M University (Gig’em) class of 2007, with a bachelors degree in business administration specializing in Finance. She is an alumnus of Alpha Chi Omega and is a native of Wharton, TX.

Jared Patterson, Energy Manager
Jared Patterson joined the RPM team in 2008 and brings experience and knowledge gained in the wholesale electricity and natural gas marketing fields. Shortly after graduating from Texas A&M University, Jared traded real time power in the ERCOT sector for a wholesale power generator in Houston. After that, he took a position in the Dallas-area for a natural gas marketing company. Jared concentrated on purchasing supply from the wellhead and selling supply to commercial and industrial end users. His knowledge of today’s energy market and regulations as well as their effects on commercial and industrial end users, makes him a valued asset to our clients.

Jay Ten Eyck Energy Manager
Jay joined the RPM team in 2011 bringing a 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and management. He has helped large commercial and industrial clients with their energy procurement since deregulation started in 2002 in the ERCOT market. He brings experience working for incumbents and some of the most financially stable retail energy providers in Texas. Jay's philosophy to serve his customers has contributed to the large amount of referral business that has been passed to him from his clients that trust him as their energy partner. He earned his BBA in Business Finance from Texas State University in 1990.

AARON JACOBS, Field Technician
Aaron joined the RPM team in 2010. As Field Technician, his responsibilities include managing power factor correction projects and the development of electric gas well sites. Prior to joining RPM, Aaron worked at Fox Electric Ltd., a Dallas-based commercial electrical contractor, where he held the position of Project Foreman since 2008. His responsibilities included on-site management of personnel, material and coordination between contractors. Aaron attended West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas. He holds a Master Electrician license, is OSHA safety certified and has completed the training course offered by the Independent Electrical Contractors Irving Chapter. Aaron's impressive skill set and background in the energy market will help RPM to continue to deliver high quality results for our clients.
