Brad Keating

Brad Keating’s background includes more than 10 years experience in providing value to industrial clients in Texas. Most recently, as president of a machinery sales company, Keating maintained relationships with multiple principles and operated a large used machinery inventory. Previously, his achievements as Director of Business development for a startup manufacturing company grew sales from $600,000 to more than $10,000,000 in 4 years. Both of these roles have provided experience with small to large clients. Keating’s favorite phrase in working with clients is to “underpromise, and overdeliver!” This has set the tone for many happy client relationships.

Mr. Dodson brings an extensive background of marketing and energy expertise to Rapid Power Management. Prior to helping found Rapid Power Management, Mr. Dodson worked for Reliant Resources, Inc. Mr. Dodson helped found Reliant’s North Texas operations. At Reliant, he served as an Energy Marketing Manager and his responsibilities were to work with Large Commercial Industrial & Commercial Clients to secure energy commodity contracts. Prior to joining Reliant, Mr. Dodson worked with the manufacturing sector in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for Wilson Tool Manufacturing from February 1996 to March of 2001. This experience gave Mr. Dodson a base of knowledge in the manufacturing sector and an understanding into the dynamic challenges they face. Prior to working at Wilson Tool, Mr. Dodson worked for MCI from ’92 to ’96. Working at MCI, Mr. Dodson gained extensive sales experience in selling commodity product in a market that was still relatively new in deregulation. Mr. Dodson earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston Clear Lake in ’91, an MBA in International Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas in ’00 and attained a Certified Energy Manager certification in December of 2006 and certification in Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP) in 2007.

 

Barry Wallace

Barry joined Rapid Power Management in 2005 and is a Senior Energy Consultant. Prior to working at RPM, he worked for Wilson Tool, a global tooling manufacturer as a Sales Engineer. With 20+ years of Sales and Sales Management he brings a vast experience of customer service to his clients. With an extensive Recruiting and Corporate Trainer experience his transition to the Energy Market has been successful. While being members of Texas Energy Professionals Association (TEPA), Building Owners Management Association (BOMA), Texas Association of Community College Business Organization (TACCBO) and North Texas Association of Energy Engineers (NTAEE). In his free time, Barry enjoys spending time with his wife Kecia of 15 years and children ages 22, 20, 10 and 4 and likes boating, fishing and golf. His motto for work is “perception is reality” and lives by this each day.

 

Jaymar Davis

Jaymar joined the team of RPM Sept. 2006 as an Energy Engineer. Jaymar brings experience in facilities engineering, project management and energy usage reduction. Prior to coming to Rapid Power Management, Jaymar spent two years at Kohler Company as the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Project Engineer. This position involved leading and identifying cost reduction projects to reduce operating cost (utilities, waste disposal, equipment operation, etc.) for facilities, generating total savings of $1.9 million. Jaymar also spent two years at Johnson Controls during which he worked as an engineering Customer Service Representative. He earned his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Prairie View A&M University in ‘03 and BS in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View in ‘98. He attained a certification in Certified Energy Management (CEM) and Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP) in 2007.

Erin join RPM March 2007 as an Executive Administrative Assistant and move to Customer Service/Sale Support. Erin is a Graduate of Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘Em Tech) with Bachelors degree in Psychology. She is a member of Alpha Chi Omega and is a native of Houston TX.

Mike Bowman

Mike joined RPM in August 2007, bringing 14 years of sales background from the energy and manufacturing industries. Most notable is his power factor correction experience where he assisted clients in reducing energy costs, by improving power factor efficiency. He was instrumental in the analysis and implementation of over 100 power factor correction projects in 20 different utilities. His client base consisted of many of the most well known names in commercial real estate, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Prior to that, Mike spent nine years as a manufacturer’s representative serving clients in the oil & gas, heavy equipment, electronics, and semiconductor industries. His background and commitment to customer objectives make him a great asset to RPM and our clients.

Ann joined RPM in September 2007 as the Project Manager handling engineering projects as engineering support and administration. Ann is a graduate of Texas A&M University (Gig’em) class of 2007, with a Bachloers Degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance. She is a member of Alpha Chi Omega and is a native of Houston TX.

 


Jared Patterson

Jared Patterson joined the RPM team in 2008 and brings experience and knowledge gained in the wholesale electricity and natural gas marketing fields. Shortly after graduating from Texas A&M University, Jared traded real time power in the ERCOT sector for a wholesale power generator in Houston. After that, he took a position in the Dallas-area for a natural gas marketing company. Jared concentrated on purchasing supply from the wellhead and selling supply to commercial and industrial end users. His knowledge of today’s energy market and regulations as well as their effects on commercial and industrial end users, makes him a valued asset to our clients.

Brad Keating brings more than 10 years experience in providing value to industrial clients in Texas while Mr. Dodson offers an extensive background of marketing and energy expertise.
